The Kingdom Builders Project: Shipping & Production Policy

Our Mission & Stewardship Model Our core mission is stewardship of the Kingdom and the creation entrusted to us. In line with these values, we utilize a custom production-on-demand (POD) model.

We do not maintain a pre-printed inventory of physical stock at our 20-acre homestead in New Mexico. Instead, your order is birthed into existence the moment you purchase it. This custom process ensures we are not wasting materials or energy on unsold inventory.

1. The Two Steps of Delivery: Production & Shipping Because our clothing is custom-made, "shipping time" actually consists of two separate phases:

  • Phase 1: Custom Production. Once your order is finalized and paid, it enters the custom production queue of our trusted manufacturing partner, Tapstitch. The current production window is usually 3–7 business days. This is when your unique design is printed or embroidered onto the garment.

  • Phase 2: Shipping. As soon as the production is complete and quality-checked, your order is packaged and dispatched directly from the Tapstitch production facility to your doorstep. The shipping transit time is separate from the production timeframe.

2. Estimated Turnaround Time (TAT) A "business day" is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays recognized by our carrier partners.

The current total estimated turnaround for the completion of both production and shipping is approximately 10–20 business days (approx. 2 to 4 calendar weeks) from the time your order is processed.

Please understand that unexpected global supply chain delays, severe weather, or carrier performance are beyond our direct control and may impact the delivery window.

3. Shipping Carrier & Tracking Your order is dispatched via reliable standard shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.). We will automatically email you a confirmed tracking number the moment your package leaves the custom production facility.

Note: If you order different items (like a digital guide and a hoodie), the items may be dispatched separately, as they are "crafted" at different specialized facilities. You will receive separate tracking for each parcel.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the items and your delivery address.

5. A Note on Physical Returns (POD Exception) Because our apparel is custom-printed especially for you, we cannot accept standard physical returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged, flawed, or contains a printing error due to our partner’s oversight, we will make it right. Please send us a clear photograph of the defect within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will arrange for a prompt, complimentary replacement.
